Cash on Delivery Policy

Planet of Toys provides you the option to pay Cash on Delivery across all major parts of the country. We provide cash on delivery through all the major courier providers. This is how it works.

  1. You place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout.
  2. Since we ship through courier companies, we can only provide cash on delivery in limited number of pin codes.
  3. If cash on delivery if available in your area, you will see the option to pay via Cash on Delivery in payment methods. If Cash on Delivery is not available in your area, you can still process by paying via credit card/ debit card/ Netbanking.
  4. After you place an order, an automated sms is sent to you.Your order will be processed and you will receive the tracking number and the courier name as soon as its shipped. You can track the shipment and make sure its received by you.
  5. At the time of delivery, you will have to hand over the cash to the delivery person first, only then you will be handed over the package. Please note that the courier companies do not allow you to open the package at the time of delivery. We have a return policy in case you would like to return the products. Please read here
  6. In case the shipment is not accepted, you will no longer be eligible to avail cash on delivery facility on our website.

Returns & Exchange policy

Planet of Toys provides hassle free exchanges on all products. In case you’d like to return your products, you can contact the customer care at ____(10am to 6pm) or email us at _____________. You can also contact us through the contact us page(in the bottom menu) or the interact page(in the top menu). In case you’d like to return your product, you need to call the customer support or write to us within 72 hours of the delivery and courier the product back within 15 days of delivery. No exchanges will be provided in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact. In case of damaged product received, only another piece of the same product would be sent to the customer. This is how you can return the products.

  1. Inform us within 72 hours of delivery about the return.
  2. If reverse shipping will be available in your area, we’ll get the products picked up by the courier partners. Please note that courier companies take a time of 3 to10 days to pick up the products from your place after we inform them. If the courier company delays the process or if the facility is not available in your area, you can courier the product back to Planet of Toys _______________. If your area is not covered under reverse pickup, you will need to courier the product back to us, we will provide you the courier charges in form of store credits upto a maximum of Rs.300. We prefer the returns through India Post ‘Speed Post’. If you use any other courier, we will be crediting the courier charges as per India Post Courier Rates.
  3.  In case you courier the product, the product needs to be delivered to us within 15 days. That means to you need to send the product within a maximum of 8-10 days.
  4. Once we receive the product, the complete amount will be provided to you in form of store credits for future purchases that you can use at any point in time.
  5. In case of Cash on Delivery Orders, we would only be able to provide store credits which can be used at any time for any future purchases.
  6. Make sure you send the invoice along with the product so that the product can be traced back to your order.
